Learn How To Prevent Heart Disease Thanks To Holy Spirit Hospital

Holy Spirit Health System will host a FREE program for individuals interested in learning more about preventing heart disease. Stanley B. Lewin, MD, FACC, Heritage Cardiology Associates, will present "An Ounce of Prevention" at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19. The seminar will be held in Holy Spirit Hospital's auditorium.

The seminar is intended to provide attendees with information about how to live a heart healthy life. Dr. Lewin will discuss heart disease and how diet, exercise, smoking, blood pressure and cholesterol levels impact the heart.

Light refreshments will be served. There is no need to register for this program.
